No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

These delicious Peanut Butter Bars are an easy, no bake treat. They’re a layer of peanut butter, salted butter, and graham cracker crumbs covered in a layer of chocolate and peanut butter.
These no bake peanut butter bars are loaded with peanut butter flavor and they taste just like a Reese’s peanut butter cup. I’m pretty much sold on anything that taste like a Reese’s. I promise you won’t regret it.
These bars are perfect for a fun dessert or snack, and can also be made ahead of time. Store these bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Tips for The Recipe
- Cutting your bars: be sure to line your 9 x 13” pan with parchment paper or foil for easy removal. Hang the foil or paper over the edges of the pan so that you can lift the bars out. Place the bars on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to cut them into pieces.
- A sprinkle of sea salt: sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of your chocolate layer (before it goes in the fridge) if you’re craving an extra salty and sweet combination.
- Creamy or Crunchy: If you like your food to have a bit of a crunch to it, then I highly suggest using crunchy peanut butter for this recipe.

No Bake Peanut Butter Bars
These delicious Peanut Butter Bars are an easy, no bake treat. They’re a layer of peanut butter, salted butter, and graham cracker crumbs covered in a layer of chocolate and peanut butter.
Ingredients
- 1 cup salted butter, melted
- 2 ⅓ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cups smooth peanut butter
- 1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, pulse the graham crackers until a fine crumb is created. You can also add the graham crackers to a ziploc bag and mash them until crumbled.
- Mix together the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar until combined. Mix in the peanut butter.
- Line a 9 x 13” pan with foil or parchment paper, allowing it to hang over the edges of the pan for easy removal. Press the peanut butter mixture into an even layer on the bottom of the pan.
- In a small, microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and 4 tbsp peanut butter in the microwave. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring after each one.
- Spread the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter mixture in the pan.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours, until hardened. Remove from the pan, place on a cutting board and cut into bars.
