On these HOT summer days, I crave a refreshing salad. Whether you have watermelons on hand or you see one at the grocery store, this recipe will not disappoint. I’ve also included several additions or substitutions below.
This recipe uses only fresh ingredients and is quick to make. It’s the perfect side dish or snack on a hot day. The taste of this Watermelon Salad is sweet and light with plenty of flavors that come from the varied ingredients. The feta cheese also adds a nice creaminess to the recipe that is balanced out by the acidity in the lime and apple cider vinegar.
