Ingredients
- 6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1 ½ cucumbers, diced
- 2 cups feta, cubed
- 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
