2015 has been a great year for the blog although that also means I’ve been very busy. I finished up with the weekly cooking shows for my local station in March and then basically started filming live segments at the station in April. For some reason the live shows are easier for me because they take about 3 minutes from start to finish.
This year was also the year of travel for me. I started 2015 by attending a conference on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship for a week. It was then followed by a trip to Deer Valley, Chicago, Portland, Chicago, Houston, New Orleans and then Cleveland. I can’t wait to see what 2016 has in store for travel with the family.
Around the end of the summer we welcomed my nephew into our family. He started school about two weeks later and that was an adjustment for the whole family. At the beginning of November we welcomed our son Weston into the world as well. Then the holidays took over and there was really no time to slow down with a baby, two older kids and a busy blog.
I’ve enjoyed the lovely comments over the past year on staying up to date with our family and trying out the recipes that we love in our home. I can’t wait to see what 2016 have in store for the blog and our family.
