Most Americans were gathered around their TV sets last night listening to the Presidential results. I sat on the couch, praying for our country that whoever won would do a great job leading this country for the next four years. The kids were not too excited that their beloved Disney shows got put on hold while the TV talked rubbish language to them.
It’s hard to explain to a three year old the severity of an election night.
While everyone might not be happy with the election results, I’m leaving you with this Pull Apart Cheddar Pesto Bread. It would be the perfect addition to your Thanksgiving or Christmas table spread. It’s simple to make and there is no heavy labor involved with the rolls. In fact, they are the store bought frozen rolls that just need to be thawed out before use. The pesto was store bought even though I prefer homemade. The only real work is having to grate some cheddar cheese and you have everything you need for these Pull Apart Cheddar Pesto Rolls.
Thats right you only 3 ingredients for this recipe. This pull apart bread would be great with your next pasta night as well. Think of warm bread dipped into a warm marinara sauce with a glass of red wine in your hand.
OK, I’m off to catch up on my sleep but don’t forget about this bread.
Thaw the dinner rolls according to package instructions.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Brush the tops of the dough with pesto. Spray a bundt pan with non-stick spray. Layer the bottom of the pan with dough and then sprinkle with a little bit of cheese. Repeat with two more layers or until all dough is used.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and then cover with foil and bake for an additional 8 minutes or until done.
