That looks absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, I’m allergic to shrimp, but if I wasn’t….that would be on the dinner table tomorrow night! Beautiful pic and great recipe!
This looks awesome! I love couscous, but have never added shrimp. Looks delicious!
This looks great, and I think I have everything but the avocado already! Thanks for sharing!
As soon as I saw the shade of those shrimp-I knew it had to be nothing but delicious avocado in that salsa. Love the pairing with couscous. Great post!
I really like pearl couscous although I have always called it Israeli couscous (I assume it’s the same thing). This is such a simple dish and yet I am sure those ingredients combine to be delicious.
That bowl of deliciousness needs to be in front of me. It sounds really good!
Your shrimp salsa sounds delicious and looks beautiful!
Thank you for the Foodbuzz request, I am now following you!
Blessings, Catherine
I had *most* of the ingredients for this (had no cilantro, but did have Italian parsley). My couscous was in a 13.4 oz and multi-colored. So i did my best and made do with what i had. Mine didn’t turn out nearly as pretty as yours, but DANG it was good. Even my boyfriend really liked it. Thank you so much for thinking of this.
Hey, I am glad that you enjoyed it!
