  1. I’ve never heard of Mexican cheesecake before, but it looks delicious. I’ll have to give it a try.

  2. Steph says:

Not only does this sound super easy, but I am so intrigued by the cresent rolls! I gotta try this!!

  3. I’ve never heard of Mexican Cheesecake either… Seems kinda similar to Cuban Cheeserolls? Either way the ingredients sound delish and I love that this is so easy!

  4. Kimby says:

This sounds a lot “lighter” (and faster) than the frozen bread dough version that went around a number of years ago. (I won’t say HOW many years ago…) 🙂 Great idea — thanks!

  5. Dee says:

Wow, this looks and sounds delightful! I love a short ingredient list. I am adding this to my recipe file.

  6. Lizzy says:

Mmmmm…now how could this be bad???? It sounds incredible…I know my family would approve 🙂

  7. Delightful!! Delicious! and so simple too.

  8. Rochelle says:

How interesting that you used crescent rolls! This sounds so easy and the rolls has to simplify everything even more. Do you think packaged puff pastry would work instead of crescent rolls?

  9. Kate says:

I agree with rochelle! That’s such a cool idea to use crescent rolls! This little mexican cheesecake looks awesome and very tasty!

  10. Dooder says:

I did actually make this dish, and yes, it is even better then y’all expect…I did add a prune and berry sauce with home made whipped cream….

  11. Catherine Beattie says:

Had this recipe last night, this is absolutely delicious! Warm, right out if the oven you can’t go wrong, when it cools off it’s just as good, a new favorite!

  12. Laura says:

Our cadette Girl Scouts made this last night to earn their cooking badges and it was AMAZING. They didn’t add the second crescent roll, and I’m glad they didn’t. I’ll be making this tonight for our Bible study group, also without the additional crescent roll, and I can’t wait to see what they all think!

  13. Pam says:

We had friends bring this to a cookout Memorial Day. Delicious. Now I’m making it today to take to another friends cookout. Really could not be simpler, most things you probably already have on hand. Don’t usually have crescent rolls in fridge, but I just happened to this week.now they will become a staple rot this recipe alone 🥰

  14. Wendy says:

My cousin madr this for a fourth of July picnic and it I’d delicious. I’m so excited to have this recipe to make it for our family reunion. I ❤️ easy, delicious food that gets people talking.

  15. Sandeea says:

These cheesecakes look very appetizing, I also love to prepare food, just that since I have a child going to school I also don’t have time for it, but I still decided that I will take care of what I like as much as it wouldn’t cost me and I found this source https://gradesfixer.com/essay-types/compare-and-contrast-essays/ that helps my child a lot with school, more specifically with writing, it is very nice to understand that in the internet there is so much information, that I shouldn’t help my child and he independently could do everything.

  16. Thomas Evans says:

Just took this out of my oven. Smells awesome, super easy to make. I can’t wait for it to cool. I love cooking and Block Blast puzzle game.

This sounds like one of those chaotic Mondays we all get. I’ve had days where even Bloxstrapper decides to stop working and Roblox crashes mid-build… but dessert like this? Totally worth it. 🙌 Easy, sweet, and made in under 30 minutes? Bookmarked!

  22. jacksmith says:

The way you articulated your points makes the topic much more accessible, and I think it will resonate well with both newcomers and those more familiar with the subject

  23. John Becker says:

They say Mexican cheesecake (often known as Pastel de Queso or Cheesecake de Queso Fresco) blends the creamy richness of traditional cheesecake with the lactic tang of queso fresco or crema, yielding a silky, slightly tangy dessert that’s delightfully lighter than its heavier counterparts—often adorned with a syrupy piloncillo glaze or fresh fruit for a touch of sweetness. And hey, speaking of surprises—like when your cooking show turned dramatic after that casserole exploded into chaos—sometimes life throws you curveballs, and you just want to curl up in bed. Why not kick off some comfort time instead with the free streaming Kisskh iOS iPhone? This recipe sounds like such a lifesaver. I love how you turned a hectic morning into something sweet and simple. The idea of using crescent rolls for cheesecake squares is so creative, and I can see why readers are raving about it. I’m definitely going to try making a batch for my next get-together because 30 minutes for dessert is hard to beat. And when I’m not experimenting in the kitchen, I usually take a break with some casual games on taptapshots.net to unwind.
