    I’ve never heard of Mexican cheesecake before, but it looks delicious. I’ll have to give it a try.

    Not only does this sound super easy, but I am so intrigued by the cresent rolls! I gotta try this!!

    I’ve never heard of Mexican Cheesecake either… Seems kinda similar to Cuban Cheeserolls? Either way the ingredients sound delish and I love that this is so easy!

    This sounds a lot “lighter” (and faster) than the frozen bread dough version that went around a number of years ago. (I won’t say HOW many years ago…) 🙂 Great idea — thanks!

    How interesting that you used crescent rolls! This sounds so easy and the rolls has to simplify everything even more. Do you think packaged puff pastry would work instead of crescent rolls?

    I agree with rochelle! That’s such a cool idea to use crescent rolls! This little mexican cheesecake looks awesome and very tasty!

    I did actually make this dish, and yes, it is even better then y’all expect…I did add a prune and berry sauce with home made whipped cream….
