2 whole jalapeno peppers (seeded, deveined, and chopped)
1 16oz. container light sour cream
1 package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
Combine all ingredients into a food processor
Mix until everything is well blended
Place in bowl and cover; refrigerate for at least two hours
Sounds like my kind of dip, I love jalapeno’s!

I recently made a ranch dressing to go with “super burgers”… part of a cook-off challenge, but your recipe with the jalapeno peppers makes it more flavourful.
