    i’m so sorry to learn about your mom’s brain tumor, but so glad you got to see her so happy, in her element! I made pudding from scratch for the first time last year and couldn’t believe how wonderful it was. This banana version looks amazing.

    When do you add the heavy cream?

      You beat the heavy cream, 1/4 cup sugar, and splash of vanilla in a mixing bowl for about 5 minutes or until light and fluffy. This is your homemade whipped cream. Place a spoonful of whipped cream on top of banana pudding and top with some crushed vanilla wafers
