I posted this past weekend about me teaming up with H-E-B to talk about their awesome monthly primo picks. Well, thats not all I am doing for H-E-B this Summer. They have picked 10 other Texas bloggers, including me, to whip up some family recipes and have a little challenge with it. The challenge will last a total of 5 weeks and each week I will showcase a recipe using a certain ingredient that we were given. The recipe needs to be able to feed a family of four, made in less than 30 minutes and have no more than 7 ingredients. At first I thought how hard can this be but once I was counting oil and butter as ingredients it got a lot harder.
The 5 ingredients that we had to focus on were:
Peter Pan Creamy Peanut Butter
HEB Salsas
Hunts Tomatoes
H-E-B Natural Chicken Breasts
Egg Beaters
I’m pretty happy with the recipes that I have chosen for this challenge and I hope you stay tuned to see what I cooked in the kitchen for this H-E-B meal maker challenge. All recipes will go live on Sunday’s in the month of August.

Disclosure: I have a working relationship with HEB. I was compensated for this post but all opinions are my own.
I love HEB stores and every time I head down to my parents it makes me so envious. I wish we had HEB here!
I love HEB. Great prices with great products.
I can’t wait for the recipes!! Such a fun challenge!
My visit to my parents’ house often leaves me feeling envy since I like HEB shops. It would be great if we had a HEB around here. Slope Ball
