This looks fantastic. I always lean towards strawberries…and whenever I use raspberries it reminds me how much I love them too!

I love raspberries for breakfast. I am also thinking about making a fancy schmancy tart with a nut crust. Love this idea for the grilled shortcakes. Tweeting it out.

I can just eat container after container of raspberries! They are my favorite! As for a recipe, there is a layer cake recipe that uses raspberries that I have pinned that I really want to try!

I would make a raspberry ice cream topping like my grandma used to do. There’s nothing like those tart raspberries on vanilla ice cream on a summer day.

With that many berries I would make raspberry panna cotta, raspberry Charlotte cakes, raspberry coulis to drizzle over tequila poached pears, raspberry & apple empanadas, raspberry pulled pork and then I’d sip champagne whilst eating fresh raspberries.
