Are you a bourbon fan? Make time this weekend to make this ultimate Bourbon Burger with a Bourbon Glaze.Â
Two more days until Father’s Day. Do you make your dad, hubby, or family members a special meal on Sunday? Do splurge and try to do a total guys meal. Beer, ribs, chicken, bourbon, burgers, steak, mashed potatoes and then more beer. That’s what I picture or envision when I think of Father’s Day.
About a week ago I made these grilled fruit skewers and I talked about making a bourbon burger. This bourbon burger with bourbon glaze was devoured by yours truly and my family. I debated heavily on whether I would post the recipe since I wrote it for SHEKNOWS. After much consideration, I decided that I HAD to share this recipe because it is off the charts. This burger is well equipped to withstand the tasting of any gentleman. Male or female I would request this for my birthday, father’s day, mother’s day, Christmas, new years or pretty much any day of the year.
The bourbon sauce is a little on the sweeter side, so use sparingly if sweets are not your thing. If you are making this meal for your family, please leave the sauce off of the burger for all young ones. Happy Father’s Day to all the wonderful and terrific DADs out there.
