    “Remove and toss the chicken around and place back in the oven to broil for 4 minutes.” Toss them around in what? The liquid? The flour? Both?

    Hi Papi,

    If you just flip the chicken around on the baking sheet so all sides are well cooked and then put it under the broiler for 4 minutes.

    Just flip, no re-dredging of the chicken. Whew, that would have been a mess.
