Give radishes a try with this quick and healthy baked radish chips recipe. You just might be a new believer with this vegetable.
Radishes. People don’t tend to dream of eating this vegetable like they do: potatoes, broccoli and so on. They are almost the forgotten vegetable. Occasionally, you may see them sliced and added to a salad but other than that you don’t typically purchase them.
That all changes today with these Baked Radish Chips. You’ve probably had Kale Chips, Apple Chips and made your own version of baked potato chips. Well, this is just another form of delicious baked vegetables in chip form.
I’ll be the first to admit that radishes aren’t in my top 10 vegetables. However, these baked radish chips are highly addictive and best of all, healthy. My only problem is that the radishes tend to shrink in size when they bake. A whole bag doesn’t make it through one sitting of snacking or having these as a side.
So, the next time you are at the store and see some beautiful red radishes in the produce section, grab a bunch or two. You will truly enjoy this healthy quick snack. What does it hurt to try them?
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cut the radishes into thin slices and place on a non-stick baking sheet. Lightly spray with the non-stick spray and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Flip the radishes and place back in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with salt.

Radishes are my favorite, especially when baked or roasted. I’ve never made radish chips though – awesome idea. Pinning this for later!

Haha, I experienced my first haboob shortly after I moved to Phoenix over a year ago. I hate them too. They totally mess up my allergies for like a week after too!
Radish chips! Love this idea!
I’m intrigued! I always WANT to like radishes, but never do. This looks promising.
How creative.
