OMG, this looks awesome. So simple and so tasty I bet. I have not eaten cauliflower in a long time because I can’t find ways to cook it. I have seen a few roasted/baked versions but this one is calling my name. Pinning to make in the near future 🙂

Ben is a HUGE Sriracha fan – and a veggie slut – so I will clearly have to make these for him. 🙂

The photos are beautiful and the recipe was so simple, I had to give it a try! My cauliflower is in the oven now, so I’ll let you know how it is shortly.

In the meantime, I have a few questions:
    1. How thick should the slices of cauliflower be?
    2. Should the sauce be spread on only the side facing up or the bottom side as well?

    Thank you,
    Kendall

Thanks Kendall! The steaks were about 3/4 to an inch thick. Any thickness will do. Also, I just put the sauce on the top side of the cauliflower. ENJOY!

Mine came out okay. They weren’t as flavorful as I had hoped. Don’t get me wrong, the sauce was VERY flavorful. The problem was the cauliflower was in such huge pieces, the sauce wasn’t able to coat it very well.

I think next time I would cut them much thinner or even just cut them in florets and toss in the sauce to let it really coat them and impart that great flavor.
