Well, I can officially say that I am now Mrs. Wied. Shaun and I had an amazing honeymoon in Antigua and we tried some amazing food. I even tried caviar and mussels for the first time and I actually liked both. Now we are packing up our apartments and we move to a home this weekend outside of Houston. So, I have been trying to think of something quick to make and I pulled a recipe from a site that I love to read. The site is called Eat Live Run and she is an amazing cook and writer. Check out her blog and you can get a direct link to this recipe here. ENJOY!
Combine all ingredients above in a large bowl and mix everything up with your hands Heat a large pan on med/high heat Make 4 large patties and place in sauce pan Cook each side 5-6 minutes on each side and place on toasted buns
