Pomegranate Moscow Mule is the perfect holiday beverage. It’s a traditional drink with a splash of pomegranate juice added to it.
Guys, we are almost in the single digits of Christmas. I am having a total freak out moment because not all gifts are bought and I’ll probably be wrapping the night before. In years past I’ve done so good but with our family coming down with bronchitis it literally wiped me out for two whole weeks. Thank goodness for online shopping and lots of sales after Thanksgiving.
Stress leads me to come up with fun drinks like this pomegranate Moscow mule. It’s screaming holiday cheer and if this doesn’t cheer you up, then I honestly don’t know what will.
Just being honest…
My first time to drink a Moscow mule was this past Thanksgiving at my sister’s house. In fact, she made a HUGE pitcher full, and we sipped on it all day long. Leaving her house left me wanting the drink along with those awesome copper mugs. Luckily I found some at my local World Market store and bought them just in time for my cravings to kick in again.
I couldn’t just make the regular Moscow mule and decided that it needed a little extra flavor just in time for Christmas. Pomegranate juice fits this drink perfectly, and now I just need friends to come over and enjoy this drink with me. Anyone want to come drink with me?
ENJOY ~ Meagan
In a bowl combine all of the ingredients except for the pomegranate seeds. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Remove and pour over ice in a copper mug. Top with pomegranate seeds.
