This week I am relaxing in my hometown in Central Texas. Shaun went back to work outside of Houston and I am sleeping late and enjoying my mornings outside watching the deer come to my parents feeder. Life can’t get much better than this. The dogs are also in heaven, having an endless yard to run and play in. Complete bliss I call it and they agree.
My sister gets married this weekend and I thought I would go home for the week and take the dogs and just relax. Luckily I can pull out the pregnant card to get out of the last minute wedding mumbo-jumbo. I’m even going to try some new recipes out on my folks. I hope my dad is ready for something besides potatoes and steak.

Before I left to come to my parents house I decided to treat Shaun and I to a last minute treat. I love ice cream and I love desserts. I had some left over oreos in my pantry and decided to whip up a quick oreo milkshake. This milkshake will not disappoint I promise.
ENJOY!
Gather two cups or shake glasses and squirt a little chocolate into the bottom of each glass.
Pour the first 4 ingredients into a blender and turn on to mix. When everything is well blended pour into the glasses and top with the 1 tsp of extra oreo crumbs.

Oreos in anything are freakin’ great! I love this milkshake, and those photos are making me want to try to sip it through my monitor. Hope noone sees me.

Love the clarity in your explanations. Great job!
Made this Oreo milkshake last night to cheer myself up after a stressful day of trading. I usually stare at crypto charts for hours, so I needed a real break. While the blender was crushing those cookies, I did an instant Bitcoin purchase via PayPal using Paybis – the whole thing took less than two minutes, just like blending this drink. Then I sat on my couch, sipped that thick chocolate goodness, watched the whipped cream melt, and smiled. Sometimes the best way to handle volatility is to step away, make something sweet, and let automated tools handle the rest.
