Well the time has come for me to tell you all about Olivia turning one and her BIG birthday party. She turned one this past Wednesday and we celebrated by taking her out to eat a local restaurant called Orlando’s for spaghetti (her favorite). We decided to throw her party on Saturday to give people time with their families for Thanksgiving.
I had created a Pinterest board a while back for her birthday and I wanted everything to be pink and gold themed. At first I was thinking of all kinds of huge plans and ideas, but when the good ole’ cold virus hit our house it made me completely worthless on anything and everything. I had bought a couple of items already on etsy and then I decided to stock up on other items at Hobby Lobby for her party.
Now that we are in Lubbock we are surrounded by lots and lots of family members. My aunt told Shaun the next day that she counted over 50 people at her birthday and there was seriously no more room for anyone in our home. I loved every second of it and so did Olivia. Below are some photos of her birthday and at the bottom is links to some of the items that I bought on etsy.
ENJOY ~ Meagan
Olivia’s Invitations from Etsy, Pink and Gold Lollipops, Sign that I had done not shown in photos, Gold One Onesie, Pink Tutu is from Carters.

My wife and I wanted a romantic getaway somewhere in Greece, and we were looking for a quiet, luxurious place to stay. I came across https://portothea.aktis.villas, and it had exactly what we were dreaming of. The site shows beautiful villas with breathtaking views, and they explain all the available amenities in detail, like private pools, beach access, and even options for in-villa dining. They also mention nearby spots to explore and activities to do, which was helpful for planning the trip.
