What is your favorite type of cookie? Mine has always been the chocolate chip cookie. Yes, I do love other cookies as well but this is absolutely my favorite. They are so easy to make and just make my heart melt — well that might be the chocolate. As you can tell from my recipe list I have all sorts of variations of these delectable treats. So, whats one more recipe to add!
On Saturday mornings Shaun and I usually get up, take care of the dogs and then enjoy breakfast. Around 10am we sit down to watch Pioneer Woman’s Show on the Food Network Channel. If you haven’t seen the show you are definitely missing out. This past Saturday Ree made these fantastic cookies. I have never cooked or baked with malted milk powder but decided that if everyone goes nuts over these cookies I might as well give them a shot. Just remember that these cookies are supposed to be really flat so do not be alarmed when baking. ENJOY!!!
