Is it Summer yet????
I am so tired of this weather flip flopping from cold to warm. Today is the first day in a long time that the sun actually was out all day. Hopefully it will stay this way for a while because I am lacking some major Vitamin D. I could probably blend right into a white wall and no one would even know that I was there. Well, my dark hair could give it away but anyways you get the picture. I NEED SUN AND LOTS OF IT!
When I came home for lunch I decided to make a nice refreshing drink. This definitely puts me in the Spring/Summer mode. I think I’m just ready for our big trip to Italy! Venice, Florence and Rome and all the fun sites and not to mention GOOD FOOD!
Maybe this refreshing drink can help put you in the mood for your summer vacation. The punch can be served in a large punch bowl at a wedding shower, baby shower or just in the usual pitcher at home. By all means add some alcohol as well.

Cranberry-Lemonade Punch
Ingredients:
2 qts. cranberry cocktail juice, chilled
1 12oz. can of frozen lemonade
4 cups ginger ale, chilled
sugar to taste
Preparation:
Combine all of the ingredients into a large punch bowl or pitcher and serve. Place lemon slices in large container for presentation.
