Chocolate Chunk Pazookie

You may be asking yourself what is a pazookie? There is a chain restaurant called BJ’s Brewery and they serve this delicious treat. Sometimes I feel like I can go there just to indulge into this dessert and forgo dinner. I had some cookie dough left over from the cookies I made earlier this week and decided I needed a pazookie! ENJOY!
Ingredients:
3-5 scoops of chocolate chunk cookie dough
2 scoops cookies and cream ice cream
chocolate syrup
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place the scoops of cookie dough into a small pie or cookie pan
Smash the cookie dough down so that is it nice and flat
Cook 15-17 minutes or until lightly brown
Top with scoops of ice cream and syrup
Serve immediately
