Chicken Burrata Sourdough Pizza
July 13, 2020
This simple Chicken Burrata Sourdough Pizza recipe is easy to put together with just a handful of ingredients and takes less than 20 minutes.
This is a sponsored post on behalf of United Supermarkets.
We absolutely love trying out new varieties of pizza, whether it’s homemade dough, grilling on the fire pit, or adding new toppings. This Chicken Burrata Sourdough Pizza is an EASY way to simplify your next pizza gathering. I was able to make it under 20 minutes and that includes prep and cooking time.
I’ve teamed up with United Supermarkets to showcase their exclusive Signature product line, which includes the following Signature Cafe®, Signature SELECT™, Signature Farms® and Signature RESERVE™. Did you know that UNITED proudly stands behind Signature products with a 100% money-back guarantee? That’s pretty amazing.
For this recipe, I was able to use the Signature SELECT Sourdough Bread that comes fresh from the bakery section. Not only can you use it for pizza, but you can slice up the bread for your next sandwich. I also HIGHLY recommend the Signature SELECT baguettes from the bakery. Those don’t last long, especially when we make a charcuterie board at home.
The chicken used for this pizza is a Signature Cafe whole roasted rotisserie chicken. They come in many different varieties, but this one had no additional flavorings. We use these rotisserie chickens for an easy meal at home when neither one of us wants to cook or if I’m making one of my many casseroles that call for chicken.
I’ve included some helpful tips and additions below to help make this pizza even better!
Tips for The Recipe
- Grill: Feel free to make this pizza recipe by using the grill if you have one.
- Oven Rack: For a crunchy crust, place the pizza directly on the oven rack instead of a baking sheet.
Additions to the Recipe
- Mozzarella: If burrata cheese is not your thing, then substitute it with shredded mozzarella cheese or mozzarella slices.
- Vegetables: Add your FAVORITE pizza toppings to this recipe.
- Honey: Drizzle honey over the top for a bit of sweetness.
For shoppers seeking high-quality everyday products at a reasonable price, Signature brands helps you share and enjoy life’s moments. The Geometry Dash series has several spin-off games, one of which is Geometry Dash SubZero. The original intention of the game was to showcase upcoming features that would be included into the main game in the highly anticipated Update 2.2.
I just read the article about the Chicken Burrata Sourdough Pizza, and it looks absolutely delicious! The combination of creamy burrata, perfectly roasted chicken, and the tangy sourdough base is a match made in culinary heaven. I appreciate how the flavors are balanced, and the description makes it feel almost like you can taste it through the screen. It reminds me of how well-crafted experiences can elevate simple things, similar to how games on platforms like ultimateteam.pl deliver a seamless and engaging experience for players. Both show that attention to detail and quality ingredients—or elements—can make a huge difference. Definitely adding this pizza to my must-try list!

A total game-changer for busy weeknights! Getting a gourmet sourdough pizza on the table in under 20 minutes is exactly what I needed. The burrata really makes it feel fancy. 🍕 muse native audio to video
I really enjoyed reading this recipe because it combines several ingredients I already love into something that looks both delicious and incredibly easy to prepare. The idea of using sourdough bread as the pizza base is especially appealing to me because it saves time while still giving the pizza a satisfying, crunchy texture. I also love the combination of rotisserie chicken, mushrooms, burrata, and spinach. The burrata added at the end sounds like the perfect finishing touch because it would make every bite creamy and flavorful. I appreciate that the recipe can be prepared in less than 20 minutes, making it a great option for a quick lunch, dinner, or even a casual gathering with friends. I would probably add a little red pepper flakes and honey to balance the savory flavors with some heat and sweetness. The grilling option is another great idea. Overall, this is a simple and creative pizza recipe that I would definitely enjoy trying at home.
This recipe is a great example of how simple ingredients can be combined to create a quick and appealing meal. The idea of using sourdough bread as the base makes the pizza especially practical because it avoids the time and effort required to prepare traditional pizza dough. The combination of chicken, burrata, basil, and sourdough also sounds flavorful while keeping the preparation straightforward.
I particularly like the practical tips included in the article. The suggestion to place the pizza directly on the oven rack for a crunchier crust gives readers an easy way to change the texture without adding extra ingredients. The option of grilling the pizza also makes the recipe flexible for different cooking methods and occasions.
The discussion of substitutions is another useful feature. Not everyone enjoys burrata, so offering mozzarella as an alternative makes the recipe more accessible. Adding vegetables or honey also gives readers opportunities to customize the pizza according to their preferences. Using rotisserie chicken is a smart shortcut for busy people because the chicken is already cooked and can be added quickly.
The recipe is easy to understand and focuses on convenience without making the dish seem complicated. The photographs also help readers visualize the ingredients and finished pizza. I would definitely consider trying this approach when looking for a quick homemade meal, especially when there is leftover chicken or sourdough bread available.
