    I almost always use Sargento when I need shredded cheese…it’s so good!
    Your creation here sounds perfect! I bet I could inhale 20 of these balls in one sitting.

    Um….omg. I love Sargento cheese and these cheesy risotto balls look SO SO SOOO GOOD! I’ve never even had risotto, isn’t that crazy? But I’m like 99.9% sure that I’d love these. Chhheeeeeese

    Can these be made the day before and heated in oven?

    Kim, You could make them ahead of time and then fry them right before serving or taking to a party.

    What!! I’ve been looking for a recipe for this! I to like the ones from Omaha Steaks, but soooo expensive. I wondered how I could make myself. This recipe is it!! You will not be disappointed! You can also add different ingredients to change it up. Please please, if you haven’t actually made these – do it! They are sooooooo yummy! I made extra and prefroze then took out and sealed them. I haven’t tried them yet, but I’m the froze ok so I’m sure they’ll be just as good. Thank you so much for this recipe!
