It’s 8:45 pm and I’ve got my legs stretched out in the recliner while the sweetest little bundle of joy is swinging right beside me. It’s been 4 days since we welcomed him into our lives. I should have a post coming your way this next week with pictures and a birth story. It’s one for the books at least on my part.
While we are all adjusting to our new addition I wanted to share this old recipe of mine for Blue Cheese Dressing. I’ve actually had it on the blog for a while but it was time for updated photos and to give it some new love again. Plus I enjoy making old recipes because it gives me the chance to try something amazing again instead of always trying to come up with something new.
It’s a Blue Cheese dressing recipe that is perfect to accompany that side salad or freshly made steak. Plus it calls for bacon with the wedge salad and that is perfection in itself. This dressing can be stored in a dressing bottle or just in a plain jar. I personally like the look of a plain jar myself because it gives you more of the homemade feel to the recipe.
So, breakout the greenery and get ready to make one heck of a blue cheese dressing for your next meal.
