For the past week, I’ve been going through the pantry and fridge to do a little cleaning before our BIG trip to Disney World. The kids have been requesting snacks and I’ve refused to go buy new items before we leave. That’s where these 5 Minute Blender Krispie Peanut Butter Bites come to play.
After grabbing a few staple ingredients I grabbed the blender and put these Peanut Butter Bites to the test. You will need honey, rice krispies, honey roasted peanut butter (I used the make your own peanut butter while at the store but feel free to use the regular kind in the jar), mini chocolate chip morsels and old fashioned oats. One of the best things is that you get to place everything in the blender to let it do the mixing. Consider it a one bowl mess type of snack.
These Krispie Peanut Butter Bites are the perfect snack to get everyone through the week. They are quick to prepare and easy to store. Each batch contains about 10-12 balls (depending on size) so if you are hungry or the kids keep requesting snacks make a double batch.
It’s possible that I might even whip up another batch before we head out the door to catch our plane.
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Pulse until everything is well blended. Using a large spoon or cookie scoop create 1-inch size balls. Store in air-tight container.
