Beef Quesadillas

Yield: 3 servings
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1/2 of a squeezed lime
1 teaspoon of McCormick Fajita Seasoning
1 lb. of flank steak
6 homemade tortillas
Butter
Quesadilla cheese
1 medium onion sliced
Preparation:
In small bowl add the first 4 ingredients and brush onto flank steak and marinade for 20 minutes – 1 hr. in refrigerator
Heat a large sauce pan on medium heat; add the onions
Cook onions for about 5 minutes and then add flank steak
When steak is done remove from heat
Slice the steak to desired thickness for quesadillas
Spread butter on one side of tortilla and face that side down on the pan
Sprinkle cheese, add flank steak, onions and another layer of cheese
Spread butter on the other tortilla and place on onions and cheese with butter on the outside
Flip the whole quesadilla
Total cook time on each side 2-3 minutes
