    I don’t have a cast iron pan. Will it work okay in a regular baking dish?

    Yes, it should also work in a baking dish.

    Hello, does this recipe need that specific oil or can I use some other kind Italian kind ?

    Hi Alaina,

    You can use any type of olive oil but this is the brand that I use. Happy baking!
