7 layer dip is always a favorite at any party. I decided to make this dip for a tailgate at the Tech vs. A&M football game (which we lost). I suggest making this before hand and refrigerate to enhance the flavors of the ingredients. ENJOY!!!
1 16oz. can of refried beans
1 160z. container of light sour cream
16 oz. of guacamole dip
1 cup shredded mexican cheese
1 medium onion (chopped finely)
1 Tablespoon jalapeno (chopped finely)
1 Tomato (chopped)
1 small can of sliced black olives
1/4 cup of sliced green olives
3/4 package of taco seasoning
3/4 package of hidden valley ranch seasoning
Preparation:
Place the bean dip in a clear pie pan so that you can see the different layers
Layer with guacamole dip
Mix the taco and hidden valley ranch with the sour cream and place on top of guacamole
Sprinkle the jalapeno on top of the bean dip and then add cheese
Sprinkle onions, tomatoes, and olives
Cover the dip and refrigerate until ready to serve
Serve with tortilla chips
