La tee da! La tee da!

I’m so excited that I’ve had two lazy nights in a row. We were able to go see The Hunger Games yesterday and tonight we made these little treats and just relaxed. Little white lie right there, we started the process of looking at homes to buy. We will be homeowners for the first time ever in about 4-5 months. How do I feel about that?

I’m super nervous!

Not sure why but maybe its because we have to decide on certain details and settle on others areas to fit our budget.

Money always seems to be the reason! Just a small detail right?

Toasted Ravioli

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In small bowl or plate combine everything except for ravioli and egg whites. Stir the mixture so that everything is well combined. In another small bowl combine the egg whites with just a splash of water.

Place 2-3 raviolis at a time in the egg white mixture and then cover them with the bread crumb mixture. Place on foil or silicone mat and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.

Serve with marinara sauce.
