Right out of college I moved to London for a couple of months. I worked for a company called Euromoney and was the assistant to one of the Vice President’s of the company. My time there was thoroughly enjoyed with short work hours, day trips and of course beer. I grew accustomed to all kinds of beer choices and tended to lean towards the darker ones. Now that I’m back in the States it’s hard to believe that I haven’t made one single Guinness recipe for the blog. Year after year I see St. Patricks day come and go and I say next year I will make something. Well you can say that I’ve basically given up on trying to develop one again this year too. Where has the time gone!
Instead I’m sharing some amazing Guinness Recipes that I found from some of my favorite food blogging sites. They range from appetizers to desserts with several drool worthy stews. Maybe just maybe I’ll have a guinness recipe up on the site soon.
