Instructions
Roll out the dough so that its nice and thin and drizzle some olive oil on the top
Brush the oil so that its all over the dough
Spray the cooking spray on the grill and lay the dough with oil side face down
Let it cook until it bubbles up and is slightly brown
Cooking times may vary (mine took about 5-8 minutes per side)
While its cooking drizzle some more olive oil and brush
Flip the dough and brush the entire top of the pizza with basil pesto
Coat so that the entire pizza has the basil pesto
Top with sliced rounds of the mozzarella and cook for an additional 5-8 minutes
Remove from the grill with tongs or spatulas and top with long strips of the prosciutto and argula
Right before you serve the pizza drizzle with a little more olive oilDid you make this recipe?
