After eating a ton of cookies for the past two weeks I decided to make a different snack for around the house.
Popcorn is healthy, right?
It’s even better when it’s covered in chocolate and toffee bits. This could be my NEW favorite holiday snack. I love the simplicity of it and when you are feeding a baby every 2-3 hours simplicity is KEY.
You can package this up in jars or place in cute cellophane bags to give away to friends for the holidays or just anytime. White chocolate toffee popcorn is a gift that anyone would love.
ENJOY!
Pop the popcorn according to package instructions. Place in a large bowl and set aside.
In a microwavable bowl add the white chocolate and place in microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and stir and place back in microwave for 10 second increments until melted. Pour the toffee bits into the chocolate and stir.
Pour the the chocolate over the popcorn and stir until everything is well coated. Spread the popcorn out on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with red sprinkles.
In the same microwavable bowl add the regular chocolate and repeat the melting steps from the white chocolate. Using a spoon drizzle it over the top of the popcorn.
Place cookie sheet in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to allow chocolate to set.
Store in airtight containers or cellophane bags.

YUM! I am addicted to this kind of stuff – candied popcorn?! We got some chocolate covered popcorn from the Boy Scouts and finished that bag rather quickly! I also like that you included toffee bits 🙂
It’s totally healthy.
And I love that you are able to make anything with that lil precious angel takin up your time! You’re amazing!
