My mother-in-law made this salad a few weeks ago when our whole family went to the lake. I was hoping she would share the recipe with me but looks like I won’t have to ask now :] Love this!
I don’t think I would have a problem eating this in one setting 🙂 This looks great and full of flavor.
I had mexican taco salad during my trip to Lake George on Saturday, and it was a huge disappointment. This salad looks delicious! =]
I love taco salads and other types of Mexican salads like this. I haven’t had one in ever so long, and your recipe has me wanting one BADLY! I will surely make this soon, substituting soy crumbles for the ground beef to make it vegetarian. Thanks for sharing!
Love these types of salads, all the food groups in one. Yum!
This looks so delicious! I’m in a salad frame of mind these days and will add it to my repertoire!
What a great meal…perfect for summer.
I love Mexican salads! They are one of my favorite things to eat and make. They are so simple and so hearty and delicious. Yours looks great!
Oh Yum! I can’t tell you how much I like this recipe, for once something “mexican” that doesn’t have cilantro (I’m allergic to cilantro)! This makes me SO happy! Love it!
Very yummy! Great salad, love salads with avocado and beef 🙂 Buzzed
A real meal of a salad…never mind a side dish! Looks entirely addictive 🙂
