    This looks delicious! Tilapia is one of my favorite fish, and this prepartion looks perfect for summer–so light and fresh. And I love the addition of asparagus! Mmm. 🙂

    The top mixture will go perfectly with any type of fish. We actually had a little left over and used it the next day for fish tacos.
