Well, here is the only chicken noodle soup recipe that I care for and of course its my grandma’s. Shaun and I have been making a ton of pasta lately and we made some angel hair pasta with my kitchen aid mixer and pasta maker. If you are not able to make homemade noodles you may use egg noodles or noodles of your liking. This recipe won’t disappoint. ENJOY!!!
In large pot add the chicken, salt, garlic, peppercorns, water, celery, and carrots Cook on low-med heat for 1 hr and 15 minutes Remove the chicken from the pot and place on cutting board Remove the skin and cut chicken into pieces; place pieces of chicken back into pot Add the bouillon cubes and turn the stove to medium heat Add the pasta and cook for another 10 minutes

That is SO neat that you two are making pasta together! Your Grandma’s soup recipe sounds wonderful, too — 15 peppercorns — “A Zesty Bite” runs in the family. π
I used the spaghetti maker too. When you are rolling out the dough you will use a higher setting to make the dough thinner. I will be posting the pasta dough recipe soon.
There’s nothing better than a chicken noodle soup, and I bet your grandmother’s recipe is especially tasty! It sure looks delicious. π Thanks for sharing, Meagan. I’m going to check out more of the recipes on this beautiful blog you have!
