Who doesn’t like a simple recipe you can put together in a matter of minutes and cook it while you’re at work or overnight. This dinner is that easy! Just throw it all in the pot and let it do the rest. This worked great for us since we’ve been so busy over the last week. And the best part is, the clean-up is quick and painless. ENJOY!
Ingredients:
3-4 lb Beef Chuck Roast
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
16 oz package baby carrots
1 onion, chopped
14 oz Beef Broth
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup waterPreparation:
Mix all liquid ingredients along with salt, pepper and cornstarch in crockpot
Place roast in crockpot
I also chose to lightly coat roast with more salt, pepper and garlic powder
Place onion and carrots all around roast in crockpot
Cook for 8-9 hours
Sounds simple but delicious…I love adding Worcestershire sauce to beef dishes!
I love using my crockpot… this is one more recipe to add to my repertoire!
Man, a crockpot was like the ONE thing we didn’t get off of our wedding registry last year. Must get one ASAP so I can make this!
I do not use my crock pot nearly enough. I will have to try this out soon. Thanks!
I need to use my crockpot more! This looks like a great recipe!
I love crock-pot recipes. It’s amazing how the simple recipes are always the best. Thanks!
